Once you purchase your subscription, you can register for your LaunchPad Account and assign your dedicated number, purchase minutes and prompt your AI. Once that’s done, your AI is ready to be connected to your phone provider via call-forwarding, or you can use your dedicated number as your new business number!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

• Mya is a “prompt only” AI receptionist, meaning that although she is fully functional, she has limited abilities. Prompting her correctly will make her shine, however, she is NOT able to complete tasks in-call like booking appointments, send texts and emails to your callers, etc. Her primary function is to gather all the information you need, so you can be fully equipped to respond to the call yourself!
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, however, if you do, YOUR CALL DATA WILL BE LOST AND YOUR DEDICATED LINE WILL BE REASSIGNED. You can avoid unnecessary interruptions and loss by communicating your needs with our team along the way!
• If you want more out of Mya, you are welcome to upgrade at any time, however this must be done directly through the team! Talk to us and we will launch you!
• Minutes ARE included in your subscription, however your subscription variation dictates how many minutes you have access to. The subscriptions include minutes “up-to” a certain value. So, choose your variation based on your max expected usage. Overages will lead to automatic upgrade at our discretion.
